We are one of 12 sections that make up the
condominium portion of Village Green of Bradenton.
Our section consists of 19 buildings which total 38 residences.
We are a 55 and older community governed by Declaration,
Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations
and Florida Title XL Chapter 718.
The buildings of our section were completed between 1974 and 1976
and are single story units each with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
There are both one and two car garages.
